WP3: Cloud Infrastructures Utilization & Data Governance

D3.3 Policy Cloud Societal and Ethical Requirements and Guidelines

This deliverable analyses the ethical, legal, regulatory, and societal issues related to Policy Cloud and briefly reviews the existing debate and literature.

D3.4 CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE INCENTIVES MANAGEMENT AND DATA GOVERNANCE: DESIGN AND OPEN SPECIFICATION 2

This report will provide the second version of the design of the cloud gateways and the cloud provisioning approaches to ensure utilization of cloud resources as required for the PolicyCLOUD environment. It will also provide the algorithms implementing the incentives management as well as the data governance model and the specification of the tools used to ensure compliance to the model across the complete data path.

D3.5 CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE INCENTIVES MANAGEMENT AND DATA GOVERNANCE SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE 2

This document is an accompanying report providing information about the demonstrator of the second version of the Cloud Infrastructure, Incentives Management and Data Governance software prototype. It describes the cloud gateways and APIs, the cloud provisioning mechanisms, the implemented version of the algorithms as well as the data governance tools according to the D3.1 and D3.4 specifications.

D3.6 POLICYCLOUD'S SOCIETAL AND ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS & GUIDELINES – M22

This report provides a second version of all the societal and ethical requirements and guidelines as described in Task 3.5. More specifically, this deliverable analyses the ethical, legal, regulatory, and societal issues related to PolicyCLOUD. With regards to ethical and societal issues, from a general standpoint the main findings relate to the importance of ensuring the accuracy of the dataset used for performing the analytics and the policymaking to achieve an adequate degree of reliability on the policies developed based on the same analytics.

WP4: Reusable Models & Analytical Tools

D4.3 Reusable Model & Analytical Tools: Design and Open Specification 2

This document is the second architecture deliverable for WP4. It is an incremental update of PolicyCLOUD deliverable D4.1, and as such it repeats some of the content and adds new developments and work to do.

D4.4 REUSABLE MODEL & ANALYTICAL TOOLS: SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE 2

This document is the second software demonstrator deliverable of PolicyCLOUD at M22 (October 2021) of the project and is intended for the reviewers of the software deliverables.

D4.1 REUSABLE MODEL & ANALYTICAL TOOLS: DESIGN AND OPEN SPECIFICATION 1

This document is the first deliverable of WP4 and describes the internal architecture of the integrated data acquisition and analytics layer of the prototype Policy Cloud platform as well as the planned cloud platform and software tools.

D4.2 REUSABLE MODEL & ANALYTICAL TOOLS: SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE 1

This document provides a description of the software demonstration for the components of the Integrated Data Acquisition and Analytics(DAA)Layer, which provides the analytical capabilities of the Policy Cloud platform.

WP5: Cross-sector Policy Lifecycle Management

D5.1 METHODS FOR CLOUD USE BY PUBLIC AUTHORITIES

This document is the third of the series of deliverables under WP5, which aims to realize the overall goal of policy modelling, making and implementation, enabling the analysis of data to be directly exploited in different phases of the policy lifecycle.

D5.4 CROSS-SECTOR POLICY LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT: DESIGN & OPEN SPECIFICATION 2

This document is an incremental update of deliverable D5.2 [1] and details the specification of the tools and technologies used to model Public Policies (PPs) as well as the design of the policy development toolkit (including the visualization framework), and the mechanisms required for compilation of policy collections to perform cross-sector analysis. The purpose of this series of deliverables is to keep track of the specifications throughout the project and update them as the project progresses.
