This document is the first of the series of deliverables that will detail the specification of the tools used to model and design public policies as well as the design of the policy development toolkit (including the visualization module), and the mechanisms required to compile policy collections in order to perform cross-sector analysis and policy making.
This document provides a description of the software components of the Policy Management Framework Layer and Policy Development Toolkit Layer, which are the front end parts of the Policy Cloud platform and allow policy makers to create, update and evaluate policies. At this phase of the project, the prototypes are available at component level and not integrated in the Policy Cloud platform. For each component, a description of its APIs, specification of the main functionalities, and description of the source code are provided.
WP6: Use Cases Adaptation, Integration & Experimentation
This document is the second version of D6.3 Use Case Scenarios Definition & Design, submitted in September 2020. It provides an updated version of the use case scenarios description, and completes the information presented there. In addition, this deliverable collects the refined versions of the visualization requirements and KPIs per use case. KPIs are classified in three categories: political, technical and business. The modelled policies will be realized / implemented and monitored through the Policy Development Toolkit against these KPIs.
The purpose of this document is to provide an initial description of the pilot use cases and scenarios defined in Policy Cloud proposal and name the principal actors as well as the main KPIs from 3 political, technical and business points of view.
The purpose of this deliverable is to describe the end to end (E2E) scenarios that will explore how users will effectively use the Policy Cloud platform. The given scenarios will describe the different steps required in order to perform the modelling of the policy. The scenarios will also include details of the necessary configurations and settings needed to determine the output of the visualization module.
This document is the first of a series of deliverables that will detail the evaluation process. It presents the proposed methodology, the time planning of the evaluation methods proposed within the project lifecycle, the specific objectives they pursue and their expected impact.
WP7: Communication, Exploitation, Standardisation, Roadmapping & Business Development
This deliverable reports on the initial set of materials that have been produced in the first two months of the project including Policy Cloud’s project’s visual identity and the set-up of communication channels. A plan for the first six months of activities for the project is also provided.
This Communication and Dissemination Strategy details the specific communication and dissemination activities to be implemented, the innovation and policy landscape it is set in, the stakeholder groups to be targeted, and the tools to be used over the life of the project to support the achievement of project goals.
