This document is the first deliverable of WP4 and describes the internal architecture of the integrated data acquisition and analytics layer of the prototype Policy Cloud platform as well as the planned cloud platform and software tools.
The report specifies the design of the transformation tools to be used in registering new data sources and applying the required transformation and data cleaning protocols, as well as the data analytic tools which will enable opinion mining and sentiment analysis and the analysis of social and behavioral data. The report also describes the cloud platform and software tools currently planned for use in the implementation of the Policy Cloud platform demonstrator - to be described in D4.2 Reusable Model & Analytical Tools: Software Prototype 1.
