About the conference

The 2020 International Conference on Progress in Informatics and Computing (PIC-2020) will be held on December 18-20, 2020. This year's conference will be held in both online and offline ways in response to the uncertainty of the covid-19 epidemic. We welcome oversea people attend the conference online. PIC-2020 is the seventh edition of the PIC conference series. It provides a forum for researchers and practitioners in academia and industry to discuss the progress, challenges, experience and trends of the theoretical and application issues in computer science, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and software engineering, exchange ideas, share knowledge and promote future cooperation.

The conference is sponsored by the IEEE society, co-organized by Fudan University, and Shanghai University of Finance and Ecoomics. All accepted papers will be published in the IEEE categorized conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex, as well as IEEE Xplore. Extended versions of good papers will be recommended for publication in several international SCI, EI and CSCD indexed journals , such as Applied Intelligence(Indexed by SCI indexed), Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University (Indexed by EI), Jounal of Nanjing University of Science & Technology(Indexed by CSCD, GCJC and INSPEC).
